The handle's owner keeps a 24-hour window to claim it themselves for free; after that the vault pays out on-chain — the delivery fee to the treasury, the rest to our delivery wallet. We turn that USDG into dollars and a person sends it to the handle through X Money from @XPayDays, then posts the receipt. No API and no shortcut — every row below shows the chain transactions and the public post, or says exactly where it stopped.
